When you book an appointment or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and appointment details. If you pay through our booking platform, payment is processed by that platform — we don't store full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm appointments, send reminders, respond to messages, and — only if you opt in — share occasional updates about the shop. We don't sell your information.
Third-party services
Bookings are handled by Booksy. Embedded maps are served by Google Maps. Each service collects information according to its own privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep appointment and contact records for as long as needed to provide service and meet our records obligations.
